Domestic Shipping (India Only)
We currently ship only within India.
Processing Time
Every t-shirt is hand-embroidered just for you after you place your order. We don’t keep stock—each piece is made with care and intention.
Please allow 7 days for embroidery and preparation before shipping.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
Total Time from Order to Delivery
Approximately 12–14 days
We know it’s a wait — but some things are worth it.

Return & Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or color preference.
Every piece is hand-embroidered specifically for you after you place your order. It’s made slowly, with care and intention—not mass-produced. Because of this made-to-order process, we’re unable to offer standard returns or exchanges.

Please make sure to:
- Double-check your size (refer to our size guide)
- Choose your preferred color
- Confirm your shipping address

What If There’s a Problem?
If your t-shirt arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or in the wrong size, we’ll make it right.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the issue (record while unboxing if possible)
- A brief description of the problem
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
Before Production Starts
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us with your order number.
Full refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
After Production Starts
Once embroidery has begun (after 24 hours), cancellations are not possible.
Payment Policy
We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay)
All payments are processed securely at the time of order placement.
Product Care
- Machine wash on gentle cycle or hand wash in cold water
- Turn inside out before washing
- Air dry or tumble dry on low heat
- Avoid ironing directly on embroidery
Treat it gently — like all things worth keeping.
