Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your product, select your size and color, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, your order is placed.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placing them. Please email us at
support@bymanifest.com
with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and cancellations are not possible.
Products
Are your t-shirts ready-made?
No. Every ByManifest t-shirt is hand-embroidered after you place your order. We don’t mass-produce or keep ready stock.
Will the embroidery look exactly the same?
Each piece is handmade, so slight variations may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size guide available on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us before ordering.
Shipping
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we currently ship across India only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Since every piece is made to order, please allow 7 days for embroidery and preparation, plus 5–7 business days for delivery.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes. Shipping on all orders depending on the location.
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size preference, or color choice, as all items are made to order.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets such as Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
Product Care
How should I care for my embroidered t-shirt?
Wash gently in cold water, turn inside out before washing, avoid ironing directly on embroidery, and air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
